Booking an appointment with Helen Baddon Healing, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. You can book an appointment with Helen Baddon Healing via my website using the booking link helenbaddonhealing.com/therapies

If your old school and like using the telephone please give me a call on 07400100948 and I will answer your call or return your call within 24hours to get you booked in.

You’ll receive a text message with the booking link to book in. If you are a first time client you will fill out the consultation form out on the booking form so when you arrive for your treatment all your time is for you, straight into relaxation mode. 

All prices on this website and from any other sources are subject to change.

LATE ARRIVALS AND CANCELLATIONS (THERAPIES)

If you arrive late to your appointment, the treatment session will finish at the original agreed time for the same price.

 

To cancel an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given. If you don’t attend an appointment or give less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged for the appointment.

CANCELLATIONS (WORKSHOPS & CEREMONIES)

To cancel an workshop or ceremony, a minimum of 7 days notice must be given to receive a refund, minus our online payment fee. Any cancelations made within 7 days of a workshop or ceremony will not recive a refund

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Consultations and client treatment details are confidential and will not be discussed with anyone other than the client, unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.

Unless required to do so by law, Helen Baddon Healing will not share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us via this website without your consent.

Client consultation forms are held in a secure place, adequately safeguarded and not accessible to third parties in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires. 

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

Helen Baddon Healing is a fully certified and qualified, and holds professional and public indemnity insurance, for the services that she provides.

​

Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed treatment plan to be performed, and will be requested to co-sign the New Client Consultation Form. They are obliged to stay in the room for the duration of the appointment.

 

DISCLAIMER

Helen Baddon Healing provides a variety of healing which is intended to be a complement to, not a substitute for, professional medical care or counselling.

The client has a duty to provide accurate medical and personal information and to keep Helen Baddon Healing up to date with details of any medication, symptoms, medical concerns or treatments they are having investigated or undergoing treatment for.

Helen Baddon Healing reserves the right to terminate any appointment at any time if it is believed that it is not safe or in the client’s best interest to continue.
